Jo operates at the intersection of research, design and enterprise. Focusing on digital innovation and multidisciplinary collaboration, she aims to create more pleasurable, sustainable and citizen-centred environments through digital placemaking practices. She works across sectors, including the built environment, creative industries, culture and education.
Co-Founder of the Association of Collaborative Design, Fellow of the Institute of Place Management, Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, Industry Champion for the Creative Industries Policy and Evidence Centre and Digital Placemaking Consultant for the AHRC funded Bristol+Bath Creative R&D.
