Matt Wood-Hill is Head of Planning Software at the Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities. He supports local government teams to work together to design new digital planning services through the Open Digital Planning programme (formerly RIPA and BOPS). He has been working on digital service transformation in cities and local government since 2015, and started his own journey into digital planning over a decade ago.
