Maxine Paintain is the Head of Product at the Ministry of Justice. She has been working in Government for over 20 years. Maxine is highly optimistic and bring lots of energy to the change roles she has undertaken. Solving complex problems, enabling digital transformation and delivering great outcomes are all measures of success in her career.
