A Talk by Fraser Macdonald
Head of Delivery and Innovation,
Data for Children Collaborative with UNICEF
About this talk
At the Data for Children Collaborative with UNICEF we've been building multi-disciplinary teams for over 3 years. We know what makes a data collaboration work. We have trialled new methods, learnt from our mistakes, and built novel processes. The result is five key steps we believe can enable the creation of effective data collaborations. Each step enables a team to tackle complex issues and practice responsible innovation.
During this presentation, we will talk through our approach, and our learnings, and highlight some of the exciting global partnerships we have built.
